About Splendid Stays

Splendid Stays is a collection of vacation homes chosen for their character and sense of place. From woodsy cabins to chic retreats, each home provides a welcoming space to slow down, settle in, and enjoy Vermont at your own pace.

Local hosting is attentive and personal, supported by people who know the homes and the area well. Our goal is to make every visit feel effortless, so guests can relax and enjoy time together.

Splendid Stays vacation rentals are managed by Splendid Host, a Vermont-based boutique hospitality business. Owner Kate McCarty works with homeowners to prepare and care for their homes, with a strong focus on the overall guest experience.

Homeowners interested in working together are welcome to get in touch.
