Welcome to The Treehouse, a stylish retreat tucked into the woods of Quechee. Perched on a hill and surrounded by trees, the home earns its name the moment you arrive.

With a hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, foosball table, 2 decks, 2 living areas, and a fenced yard, it is the ideal spot for a cozy getaway with family or friends.

LIVING SPACES

The main living area sits on the second floor, sharing space with the dining area and adjoining kitchen. A comfy leather couch and three arm chairs provide plenty of room for your entire group to relax as you play a game, watch a movie, or simply enjoy time together in front of the fire.

During the holiday season, a Christmas tree and menorah bring festive cheer to the home.

The ground floor den offers even more space to spread out. With a TV, game console, and foosball table, it is especially popular with younger guests. Two twin-size sleeper sofas provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

KITCHEN & DINING

The newly renovated kitchen is small but mighty, with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a real meal.

The dining area seats six, with an additional 4 spots at the counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The Treehouse sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an en suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: Full bed

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds

Two twin sleeper sofas in the ground floor den provide additional sleeping spaces.

Both bathrooms have been recently updated with modern fixtures and a clean, spa-like feel.

Bathroom 1: Adjoins the primary bedroom on the second floor

Bathroom 2: On the ground floor, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The lower deck features large hot tub and is fully covered for a cozy and comfortable soak, no matter the season or weather.

Step onto the upper deck to grill or gather around the gas fire pit under the string lights.

Canine family members will enjoy frolicking in the fenced yard — created just for them!
